How we are supporting and protecting our customers and colleagues
The health and safety of our customers, our staff and our community are of paramount importance to us. We will continue to keep an eye on official guidance and have implemented a number of actions to ensure that we can operate safely. We have also launched online virtual survey and showroom appointments so we can survey your property and you can visit our showroom without leaving your home.
We appear to be living through an unprecedented event in human history. With the ever-changing landscape of COVID-19 and the uncertainty that it is causing, we wanted to let you know what we are doing as a business and as a family.
Yes. These are unusual times, but we feel that it is important to keep calm and carry on as much as possible. Our team remains productive, busy and happy to receive calls and emails from existing and prospective clients with the assurance that better days are on the horizon.
Our showroom and trade counter are open. We have systems in place to adhere to current guidance and maintain social distancing.
You are also welcome to arrange a virtual appointment with a member of our team in our showroom. We can arrange a video conference where we can go over your requirements and show you all the products and options we have available.
Yes. We are undertaking site surveys where it is safe to do so, or alternatively we can arrange a virtual appointment and survey your property remotely. Which means we can still provide accurate quotations and process orders.
Yes. We are able to undertake installation work where it is safe to do so and we can adhere to the current guidance.
Please let us know if you or anyone in your household is vulnerable, shielding or has symptoms of Covid-19 when you book an appointment. That way we can take extra safety precautions to protect you and our staff.

Keeping everyone safe is our top priority. So if anyone in your home develops symptoms of Covid-19 (high temperature, new continuous cough, loss of taste/smell) in the two weeks before we visit OR has been told to self-isolate, it’s really important to tell us.
Yes. Our service and repair engineers continue to operate, and we are still providing our full garage door repair service. Obviously, the priority at this moment in time is with key workers, so please do let us know if you fall into this category.
Yes. Our online garage door spares website and mail order service are operational. We are shipping orders and our trade counter is open.
At this time it’s important that we all stay safe, look out for each other, be kind and generous.
